In this morning time practice, we will begin by dropping into meditation to access the still-point through breath and internal presence, then allow the simplicity of the 5Rhythms® to take us on a ride to align with authenticity, clarity, creativity, expansion and balance.

Embodying and moving through the rhythms is a catalyst for healing the divide between body and spirit. In this practice we move through 5 essential states of being: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, an arc that mirrors the creative process of all things.
