Yogi Bhajan, the teacher who brought Kundalini Yoga to the United States, gave his students specific kriyas (exercise sets) and meditations to alleviate the issues of these times. Often called the Yoga of Awareness, scientific studies have proven Kundalini meditations ability to reduce stress, enhance brain blood flow and improve memory. Practitioners can experience a sense of well-being, focused energy and clarity of purpose with as little as one class.
